Quest Alliance: Education innovation

Working with Quest Alliance on my Design Impact Fellowship, I went on several field research trips in India to meet with teachers and students and to understand how we can alleviate the burden that falls on an overtaxed government and those few teachers and parents who push cultural norms. Interviews, synthesis and opportunity evaluation are all part of a day's work.

UCLA Healthcare Patient experience

The innovation team asked us to create a plan to move them forward towards alleviating patient aggravation of hospital painpoints. We delved in to patient and hospital employee interviews to tease out moments of joy, easy-fix opportunities and a roadmap for moving forward.

CHevron/Ge Energy research & facilitation

The relationship between energy giant GE and oil giant Chevron is tricky and complicated. My team and I were brought in to facilitate, understand the needs of oil workers and how we could bridge the technology gap to make everyone's job a little easier. We accomplished this by mapping out work tasks and setting priorities and goals to strategize next steps.
